Depending on your booking, we may collect your name, mobile number, pickup and drop locations, journey date and time, vehicle or trip preference, passenger count, fare, invoice details and communications related to your booking. Payment details are processed by the payment provider; we do not ask you to send card PINs, UPI PINs or passwords to us.
How We Use Information
We use booking information to respond to enquiries, confirm and manage trips, contact you about pickup or changes, calculate and record fares, verify payment status, issue booking documents or receipts, handle support requests and maintain business records.
Payments & Third-Party Services
If you pay online, your transaction may be processed by a payment gateway such as Cashfree or another provider offered at checkout. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to information it processes. We may receive transaction references and payment status needed to reconcile your booking.
Sharing & Disclosure
We may share relevant trip details with the driver or service personnel who need them to fulfil your booking. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect the rights and safety of customers and the business. We do not intend to sell customer booking information.
Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable steps to limit access to booking information and retain it only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, customer support, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may contact us to ask about or request correction of booking information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children’s Information
Our taxi booking service is intended to be arranged by adults. If a child travels, a parent or guardian should provide only the information reasonably needed for the journey.
